In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to give intimation for cancellation of your work order/quotation within 3 days by the customer by email and hard copy letter of your work order/quotation for services.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the make the payment. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

After 3 days no one shall be liable for a refund and the advance deposit would not be refundable.
